North America’s largest permaculture gathering! This year’s theme is “Hands on! Where We Live.”

AUGUST 2-4th, 2013 Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon and The B Street Permaculture Project will host a plethora of hands-on workshops, lectures, children’s activities, vendors, live music, films and demos all three days.

Special guests include best selling author Carol Deppe, “The Resilient Gardener” and Keynote speakers Don Tipping from Siskyou Seeds, and Andrew Millison from Beaver State Permaculture.

Kids 12 and under are now admitted on a by donation basis!

On Friday morning before the event begins on campus, B Street Farm will host a special “Introduction to Applied Permaculture” session for beginners and others prior to the main event for only $25.00.

The Outdoor Permaculture Food Preservation Kitchen will be operating all weekend at B Street Farm! To donate food for baking, canning, drying, smoking, pickling etc. please write to info[at]northwestpermaculture.org

Kindle Cascadia will be in residence throughout the event demonstrating primitive skills like: fire making, basketry, stone tools and more!

Friday Night we are excited to be screening Dirt: The Movie on Friday night, thanks to the meaningful Movies Project!

Saturday Night the popular Olympia band Camp Wisdom, will be dropping in to play an intimate acoustic set outside on the lawn before their first US Tour!

We are also expanding our Open Space opportunities by having available times at each workshop session for the lively conversation between us to evolve and continue.
